Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions stipulate the conditions and procedures for use of all Internet services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Services') provided by Nurilab (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and all matters related to rights and obligations between the Company and users and other necessary matters.

Article 2 Validity and Changes

  • ① These terms and conditions take effect by notifying the user through the service screen or by notifying the member in other ways.

  • ② The company may change the terms and conditions when there are business necessity or other changes, and the contents will be notified through the service provider's website one week prior to the change. Users have the right not to agree to the changed terms and conditions, and if they do not agree to the changed terms, service use may be stopped. However, if the user does not express his/her intention to reject the service provider during the above period, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions.

  • ③ When a new service is opened, it will be provided in accordance with these terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified.

Article 3 Rules other than the terms and conditions

If matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, they will be followed.

Chapter 2 Membership and Service Use

Article 4 Definitions

Definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

  • ① Member: An individual or corporation that has concluded a service use contract with the company, or an organization equivalent to a corporation
    A: Paid member: Qualification acquired by the company's approval of registration for those who have purchased products and services recognized by the company after registering as a member online
    B: Free member: Acquisition of qualification by the user's application for use (membership registration) and agreement to the terms and conditions and approval of the company's use thereof

  • ② Service use: Log in to Nurilab.com and receive services according to these terms and conditions or purchase and use products and services

  • ③ Operator: A person selected by the company for the overall management and smooth operation of the service

  • ④ ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the company for member identification

  • ⑤ Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member himself to protect the member's confidentiality

  • ⑥ Suspension of service: Suspension of service for a certain period of time in accordance with certain requirements set by the company during normal use

  • ⑦ Cancellation: When the company or member cancels the contract of use after opening the service

Article 5 Establishment of service membership

  • ① Members are registered and managed by dividing them into paid members and free members.

  • ② If the company approves the customer or user's membership application, the company notifies the user of the member ID and other contents deemed necessary by the company.

  • ③ The company does not approve the membership application that falls under each of the following subparagraphs.
    A: When applying using someone else's name
    B: When you do not apply under your real name
    C: When user information is falsely entered when applying for membership
    D: When an application is made for the purpose of undermining social well-being and order or good morals
    E: When other application requirements set by the company are not met

Article 6 Classification of Services

  • ① The services provided by the company to members are divided into free services and paid services.

  • ② The type and contents of the service are determined separately by the company in the notice or service use guide.

Article 7 Service use and restrictions

  • ① The services provided by the company are provided differently depending on the qualifications of the members, and even free members can receive all services as a paid member if they acquire the status of a paid member.

  • ② In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special problem in the company's business or technology.

  • ③ The service usage hours in the preceding paragraph may be limited after notifying the member in advance in the case of days or times determined by the company as necessary, such as regular system inspection.

Article 8 Change of user information

  • If the information entered at the time of application for membership is changed, the member must make the correction online immediately, and the member is responsible for any problems that arise from not correcting the change among the information entered at the time of application for use.

Chapter 3 Obligations

Article 9 Obligations of the company

  • ① Unless there are special circumstances, the company makes the service available on the service start date requested by the member.

  • ② The company has an obligation to provide services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

  • ③ The company handles opinions raised by members through appropriate procedures, and if it is not possible to process them within a certain period of time, the company must notify the members of the reason and the processing schedule.

  • ④ The company maintains strict security of member information, uses it only for the purpose of operating or improving quality services, and does not transfer it to other organizations or individuals for any other purpose.

Article 10 Obligations of Members

  • ① You must use your real name (real account) in the membership application form.

  • ② You must not write in someone else's name.

  • ③ The contents of the membership application form must match the current facts.

  • ④ Members are responsible for all management of ID and password.

  • ⑤ If your ID is used illegally, the member must notify the company.

  • ⑥ You must not fraudulently use another member's ID.

  • ⑦ The member agrees to receive the information deemed necessary by the company as part of the service in the form of e-mail or advertisement.

  • ⑧ You must not copy or change information obtained from the service without prior approval of the company, use it for publication and broadcasting, or provide it to others.

  • ⑨ You must not do anything that infringes on the company's copyrights or the copyrights of third parties and other rights.

  • ⑩ Members cannot engage in business activities using the service without prior approval from the company, and the company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from this.

  • ⑪ You must not send or post any information other than the information specified by Nurilab.com.

  • ⑫ Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and related laws.

Article 11 Prohibition of transfer

The member cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral.

Chapter 4 Termination of Contract and Restriction of Service Use

Article 12 Termination of contract and restrictions on use

  • ① Cancellation of the contract of use is possible at any time for free members, and in the case of paid members who purchase products and services recognized by the company, even the registered paid information will be deleted during cancellation, which may cause problems with customer support . Accordingly, in the case of a paid member, the cancellation is completed based on the expiration date of the products and services purchased after application for cancellation, and after that, various paid services on the Internet provided to paid members will no longer be available.

  • ② When a free member wishes to cancel the service use contract, the member himself/herself must use the cancellation service on the Internet to apply. However, in the case of a paid member, the subscription will be canceled based on the expiration date of the product or service when canceling the application.

  • ③ After applying for a paid service, the service refund policy according to the service cancellation request follows the individual policy for each paid service. Individual policies for each service can be checked when applying for the service you are using.

  • ④ If you do not log in with your existing ID and password, your subscription will be canceled.

  • ⑤ In order to protect members' personal information, the company notifies non-service users (members who do not have service use records for a period stipulated by law after the last login) a notice (e-mail) about the loss of membership, and the deadline (e-mail) specified in the notice If there is no record of use within 30 days), membership may be forfeited. In this case, the member's personal information and service usage information are separated from the member's personal information in use and stored safely, and destroyed after one year from the date of separate storage.

  • ⑥ The company may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service by setting a period if the member commits any of the following:
    A: If it is against public order and good morals
    B: In case of criminal activity
    C: In the case of planning or executing the use of the service for the purpose of impairing the national interest or social public interest
    D: In case of stealing another person's ID and password
    E: In case of damaging the reputation of others or giving a disadvantage
    F: When the same user double-registered with different IDs
    G: In the case of impeding sound use, such as harming the service
    H: In case of infringing the intellectual property rights of the company, other members or third parties
    I: When information obtained by using the company's service information is reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior approval of the company
    J: In case of violation of other related laws or the terms of use set by the company

Article 13 Service restriction and cancellation procedure

  • ① If the company intends to restrict the use of the service, it sets the reason, date and period and notifies the member or agent in writing or other means.

  • ② The company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service without the process of the preceding paragraph in the event of a war, incident, natural disaster, or a national emergency equivalent thereto, or in the event of other force majeure reasons.

  • ③ A member or his/her representative who has been notified of the suspension of use of the service pursuant to the provisions of paragraph ① may file an objection if there is an objection to the suspension of use

  • ④ The company will immediately release the suspension of use only when it is confirmed that the reason for suspension of use has been resolved during the period of suspension of use.

Article 14 Compensation for damages

  • ① The company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the member in relation to the use of the service provided free of charge, and in any other case, except for cases caused by the company's gross negligence, we are not responsible for it.

  • ② The company is not responsible for the suspension of the service in case of prior notice of the service for paid members.

  • ③ If the member violates the provisions of these terms and conditions, the company, the member, or a third party is liable for any damage to the company, and the member who violates these terms and conditions must compensate the company for all damages.

Article 15 Claims for damages

  • ① Claims for damages must be made in writing by specifying the reason for the claim, the amount of claim and the basis for calculation.

  • ② If the claim for damages under Paragraph ① is not exercised within three months from the date of recognizing the reason for the claim, the right to claim shall be extinguished. The same applies even when one year has elapsed from the date on which the cause for claim occurred.

Article 16 Disclaimer

  • ① If the company cannot provide the service due to a natural disaster or force majeure equivalent thereto, the responsibility for the provision of the service is exempted.

  • ② The company is not responsible for any obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the member.

  • ③ The company is not responsible for the loss of revenue expected by the member using the service. In addition, the company does not guarantee the accuracy of the data provided through the service and is not responsible for any damage caused by it.

  • ④ The company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the data, facts and other information provided by the company, except for intentional cases.

Article 17 Jurisdiction Court

If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters.
